How HQ Intake LLC contacts you, what you agree to, and how to stop it.
Effective Date: August 26, 2026 | Last Updated: August 26, 2026
Short version. If you give us your phone number, or a law firm we work for gives us your number after you contacted them, you are agreeing that we may call, text, or email you about that matter, including with automated systems. You do not have to agree to this to use our site or our services, and you can stop it at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing info@hqintake.com.
HQ Intake LLC ("HQ Intake," "we," "us," or "our") provides legal intake services. We answer calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with people on behalf of the law firms that hire us. This disclosure explains how we may contact you, and it applies in two situations:
It is given under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. 227, and the regulations under it, along with state telemarketing and call recording laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service TCPA Disclosure, and both are incorporated here.
When you submit a form on our site, you give your prior express written consent to be contacted by HQ Intake at the phone number and email address you provide, even if that number appears on a federal, state, or company do-not-call list. That consent covers contact about your inquiry and about our services.
When a client law firm passes us your inquiry, we contact you on that firm's behalf and under the consent you gave that firm. We are acting as its service provider, not selling you anything of our own.
Calls and messages may come from us, from the law firm we are working for, or from a service provider acting for either of us. We contact people in English and in Spanish.
You do not have to agree to automated calls or texts to use our site, to reach us, or to be represented by any law firm. If you would rather not receive them, contact us using the details at the end of this page and tell us how you want to be reached instead.
Message and data rates may apply. How often you hear from us depends on your inquiry and on any ongoing conversation with the law firm we are working for.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, by any reasonable method, including:
Withdrawing consent does not undo calls or messages already sent, and it can take a short time to take effect across our systems and the firm's. If a law firm has already contacted you directly, ask them as well, since they keep their own records and their own lists.
Calls with us may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and compliance, and recordings may be shared with the law firm we are working for. Some states require everyone on the call to consent to recording. If you do not want to be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will take your information another way.
HQ Intake is an intake and answering service. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, and we do not give legal advice. Speaking with us does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no such relationship exists unless a law firm agrees to represent you in a signed agreement. Nothing you tell us is protected by attorney-client privilege on our side.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery.
We may update this disclosure. Any new version is posted here with a new date, and continuing to communicate with us after that date means you accept it.
